Progest
Calor
is
always attentive to
issues
arising
in
the heating and
the efficiencies
of
boilers,
atmospheric emissions
of
harmful
gases
and
heat metering,
has
implemented
inside, the
new
services
to meet
the new
regulations
with excellent
results.
In
particular,
it was
developed
with
considerable investment in
the
service
of
remote
metering
and
heat
according to Presidential Decree
59 of
April 2, 2009.
created a
call center
operates
24 hours
on 24
for
the remote control of
power plants,
heating,
air conditioning,
with
the
use
of
advanced systems
providing over
1000
devices.
Particular
attention
was paid
to the
accounting system,
creating
a
engineer
staff for the design, implementation and management systems.
The
remote management systems
offer:
1.
Design
2.
Realization
3.
Management
4.
Alarm Management
Heat
distribution
systems
offer:
1.
Design
2.
Realization
3.
Management,
accounting and
costs distribution.
The
system
known as
"self"
can
transform
the
centralized
system
in
"independent"
by
using
the
same
boiler,
no wall works,
only
wireless systems.
Why "SELF" System
The
recent laws
on
air pollutant emissions
provide
you need to install
the accounting system
and
temperature control
for each
living unit
or
commercial
(see
Decree of the
President
of
the Republic
no.
59,
2
April 2009,
entered
into
force
June 25, 2009
).
National standards
UNI
indicate technical references
to whom the
mandatory
heat metering
systems
must meet,
defining
how
they are
calculated
individual consumption
of
heat,
precision
measurement devices
and the
method of allocating the cost of heating
(See
UNI
8465
"System
for allocating
the
costs
of
employing
heating
zone valve
and the total
time
of
insertion"
and
UNI9019
"The distribution of
heating costs
based
on
accounting
degree-days")
The "SELF"
system
performs
accounting functions
of heat
and
temperature control
of the environment and
fulfills
the
requirements
imposed
by the
laws
and
regulations.
Using
wireless technology,
the
system allows
to transform
centralized systems
in
autonomous systems,
with no
need
for
masonry
and
electrical.
Users
with centralized system
-
a
riser
or
area
-
and then
have
the
opportunity
to
autonomously manage
the
heating system
by
paying
to heat
actually used.
The system components
within
a single
housing unit
are:
-
Programmable thermostat
Allows you
to adjust
the
temperature
of
an
area
housing
unit
according to a
schedule
set
by the user
profile
according to your
needs
and
habits
of living.
The power
supply
is provided
by two
AAA batteries
and
control
of
space heating
takes place
via
radio
signal.
-
Thermostat
Allows you to
adjust
the
temperature
of an apartment
during
hours
of operation
of the centralized system,
based on
the
adjustment
made by the user.
The power
supply
is provided
by two
AAA batteries
and
control
of
space heating
takes place
via
radio
signal.
-
Vacuum tube
The
electronic valve
controls the
opening
/ closing
the
hydraulic valve
area
in
to
keep the
temperature
equal to
the
value set
on the
thermostat
/
thermostat.
The power
supply
is provided
by two
half-alkaline
flashlight.
It does not require
any
wiring
and
is
compatible with all major
models
of
type
thermostatically controlled
water valves.
Condominial
premises:
-
Concentrator
module
users
The
control unit is
installed
on the landing
of the
stairs
and must be
powered
at
230V.
It has
8
channels
(usually
corresponding to
4
apartments)
that
allow the
acquisition
of data
from
wireless
thermostats
/
thermostats
installed
in the apartments.
The
data
relating
to the
temperature set
by the user,
at room temperature,
the status
of
valves
and
anomalies
of the system.
-
Central
concentrator
module
The
central unit
is an electronic device
equipped with
a
radio system
to
communicate
with
modules
in order
to
receive
data,
process them
and
forward them to the
remote location
where
a management software
calculates
the distribution
of
heating
costs.
The
central unit
requires
230V power
and is
usually
installed
in
the boiler room.
The "SELF"
system
is able to
perform many
functions,
including:
-
remote
control
of
heating
her apartment
with messages
from mobile phones
in
individual code
-
reading
of
their
individual consumption
by
mobile phone
simple
SMS
-
reporting
of faults
and
tampering
-
remote control
of the
operating cycle
of the
boiler
-
storage
of
data collected from
historical use
of
200 days
It is also
able to
reduce
the
cost
of management,
as
everyone
uses it
at
the desired temperature and
the proper time.
